Our day at Carrow Road on May 11th promises to bring the 2007/8 season to a great climax... Many of the participants are players, management & committee but with partners, mums & dads etc we are anticipating over 100 people. In order to make sure everyone has a great day it is important that we comply with Norwich City H & S requirements and that everyone knows what they can do and where to go. I have therefore set out a timetable below and a few guidelines which should help everyone enjoy the day to the full. Parking is at the back of the stadium in the Jarrolds Stand car park. Turn right after Carrow bridge and follow road around the back. You then need to walk around to the front main entrance (Directors Entrance) and make your way to the dressing rooms (ground level) for players or upstairs to the Directors Box for spectators. We have booked the Directors boardroom to be opened from 6.00p.m. to 8.30p.m to serve refreshments. Food & drink available at cost to yourselves. If anyone needs refreshments (non alcoholic) before this they should be brought with you. When all the games are completed kit bags can be brought upstairs but must be deposited in the 59'ers lounge next to the Directors boardroom. This to comply with H & S and everyones safety and comfort on the day. Right, that's enough of the rules & regs. It should be a great, relaxed "family day out" for all to enjoy. The fun stuff is this...

3.30/3.45 Kids & Vets arrive. Kids change in home dressing room & vets in away d.r.
4.00/4.10 Senior players arrive & change. Dressing rooms agreed on Presentation night.
4.15 Kids & Vets game on half pitch.
4.40 Seniors 7 a side warm up competition on half pitch. (Sorry no penalty shoot out comp.)
5.15 1st Senior game (full pitch - 30 min) 1st team v Res team. No tackles above head height.
5.30 Kids Tour.
5.50 2nd Senior game, 30 min (rolling subs)
6.30 Final Senior game, 30 min (vets join in - rolling subs). Vets promise not to be too aggressive as long as Seniors promise the same !!

All kits to be taken to 59'ers club after games. Here's hoping everyone has a great day out. Undoubtably the Kids & Vets game will be the most hotly contested and will be a showpiece of grace & skill.
