Manager: Steve Race
Steve joined the club in 2007 having previously managed Aslacton & Gt. Moulton F.C. from 2000-2007, winning three promotions and a league title. He is now a major part of youth development at the club, having managed the Under-11's last season in their debut season. He holds the FA Level 1 coaching qualification and is CRB checked. He has now stepped up to assist the Men's First team manager on Saturdays.

Assistant: Simon Hilton
Simon has played for Long Stratton for 20 years, having joined as a youth player himself at the age of 12, coached by our now general manager Brian Lythgoe. He played for years in our first team, helping the club to three successive promotions. He is a big part of the Reserve team squad and has stepped up to assist the in managing the Reserve team recently. Simon's brother Damian manages Wroxham FC.

Coach: Rob Eastaff
Rob has been with the club for over 18 years as a player, captain, committee member, Reserve team manager and now coaches the Under-12 team, holding the FA Level 1 coaching badge, First-Aid and Child Protection cetificates and is also CRB checked. His enthusiasm, experience and football brain is already showing it's worth with the next generation of Long Stratton FC players.
